Cancellation Policy for Classes
In the event that you need to cancel your class, you must provide 5 days notice to receive credit towards another class.
If you wake up the morning of your scheduled class and are not feeling well, I FULLY encourage you to contact me by phone or through email BEFORE the class and I will help arrange another class for you to attend.
If you miss a class and no prior contact has been made by email/phone or social media, a credit will not be issued to you.
If you are taking a multi-session class and cannot show up to one of the sessions, you will not receive a store credit or refund.
Please be advised that in dangerous weather conditions, the class may be cancelled. I will give you as much notice as possible and please check Facebook for current updates if the weather looks questionable. I will reschedule the class for the next available day.
The majority of the classes require a minimum number of students. If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, you will be offered a credit towards a future class.

All of this being said, I try my best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and to be reasonable with everybody.
